The core difference
RDash is a well-built construction-management platform with native mobile apps, design and drawing management, and documented procurement and invoicing depth — their Help Centre describes item-level vendor invoices, RA invoices for progressive billing, cumulative quantity columns, 3-way matching against the purchase order and GRN, and deductions including retention. Treat it as a serious option, not a lightweight one. The real difference is centre of gravity. RDash was built alongside 91Squarefeet, their own construction arm doing office and retail fit-out, which they closed in December 2024 to avoid conflict with clients. sotyn.ai is built and still run by Secured Engineers, an MEPF and solar EPC contractor that is operating today and is the product's first and largest user. The two products carry the shape of those different businesses.
