What we do, and what your team has to do
- You provide: exports of your item, vendor and rate masters, your live projects with BOQs, and outstanding balances. Someone on your side has to be able to say which of three rates is the right one.
- We do: migration and de-duplication of those masters, project and BOQ setup, opening balances, and two training sessions split by role — site staff and office staff separately, on your own data.
- Go-live: agreed acceptance criteria in writing — which workflows must run in the system, who signs each off, and the date the spreadsheets stop.
- Typical duration: about four weeks for a mid-sized contractor. Larger or multi-company groups take longer, and we say so before you commit.

Support is in English today. Other Indian languages are being rolled out, and we will not promise support in one before it is real.
