How mep contractors actually run a contract
Most MEP contracts run all four disciplines at once — HVAC and ductwork, HT/LT electrical, plumbing and public health, and fire-fighting with its own statutory approvals. They are measured in different units, billed on different milestones, and usually subcontracted to different agencies. The system has to hold all of that against one contract without flattening it into a single line.
